Thanks to the high insulation of the reefer containers and commercial air conditioning, it is possible to maintain water temperatures between 25 and 28°C throughout the year, allowing for stable production and shipping every month. By thoroughly managing sunlight, water temperature, and nutrition, sea grapes can be produced even in cold regions.
